This document replaces the Terms of Service dated 2026-05-25. If you hold an existing GetFoundi account, you will be asked to acknowledge these changes at your next sign-in before continuing to use the service.
What changed in this version
Added Section 3.6 (Auto-created listings and data sources), Section 3.7 (Professional listings and individual data subjects), Section 3.8 (Cold outreach and claim pipeline), and Section 3.9 (Intellectual property of ingested public data). Updated Section 3.2 to describe Beacon's full CRM pipeline role. Added Section 5.7 (Takedown and erasure for auto-created listings). Added GDPR rights cross-reference in Section 8. These amendments reflect three new features added since May 2026: professional listings, the CRM import pipeline, and the claim pipeline with cold outreach.
Who we are
GetFoundi is operated by Lyne Systems & Consultancy (LSC) ("LSC", "we", "us", "our"), the same legal entity that operates the PureAgentive platform.
Legal entity: Lyne Systems & Consultancy (LSC)
Registration number: BCE/KBO BE1011.024.466
Registered address: Groeneweg 17, 9320 Aalst, Belgium
Service: GetFoundi (getfoundi.com)
Legal contact: legal@getfoundi.com
GetFoundi is an AI-discoverability platform that allows business owners and professionals to create and manage machine-readable listings so that AI assistants, large language models (LLMs), and other AI-powered services can find, understand, and accurately describe them. GetFoundi also auto-creates listings from publicly available government and commercial data sources, and operates a claim pipeline that invites listing owners to take ownership of their profile.
Acceptance and eligibility
2.1 How you accept
By creating a GetFoundi account you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"), our Privacy Policy, and our Cookie Policy. If you do not agree, you must not use the service.
2.2 Eligibility
To use GetFoundi you must:
- Be at least 18 years of age (or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction if higher).
- Have the legal authority to represent the business or professional listing you manage, either as the owner, a named officer, or an agent authorised to act on the business's behalf.
- Not be prohibited from using the service under applicable Belgian or EU law.
2.3 Acting on behalf of a business
If you register on behalf of a business, the business (as well as you personally) is bound by these Terms. You represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that business.
2.4 Updates to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. For material changes we will notify you by email and prompt you to acknowledge the update at your next sign-in. Continued use after the effective date of a change constitutes acceptance. We define "material" the same way as in our Privacy Policy: a new restriction on user rights, a change to liability or payment terms, or a change in the governing entity.
The service
3.1 What GetFoundi does
GetFoundi provides:
- Free listing: a structured, AI-readable business or professional profile discoverable by AI assistants. Includes a public registry entry, a machine-readable endpoint, and a Visibility Score showing how well AI systems can describe you.
- Enhanced listing (paid): all Free features plus document knowledge (upload PDFs and other documents to ground AI answers in your own content), gap-driven suggested answers, full query analytics, and priority Beacon refresh cycles.
3.2 The Beacon engine
Our automated system, Beacon, performs several distinct functions:
For claimed listings: Beacon periodically reviews your listing, checks for gaps in coverage, generates suggested question-and-answer pairs based on your existing content, and submits them as drafts for your approval. Beacon never publishes changes without your explicit approval. You remain in control of all published content at all times.
For the CRM and import pipeline: Beacon autonomously collects, normalises, and enriches listing data from publicly available government registries and commercial directories (see Section 3.6). This pipeline operates continuously and is not triggered by user action. No human admin reviews individual ingested records in real time.
For the claim pipeline: Beacon identifies unclaimed listings and initiates the outreach sequence (claim email, reminder, final notice) via our email delivery infrastructure. All outreach includes a one-click unsubscribe link.
3.3 Machine-readable endpoints
Each GetFoundi listing generates a public machine-readable endpoint (including a structured data summary and, where applicable, an llms.txt file). These endpoints are intentionally publicly accessible so that AI clients can read them. By creating a listing you acknowledge and consent to this.
3.4 No guarantee of AI accuracy
We provide the infrastructure for AI systems to read your listing accurately, but we cannot control how third-party AI models interpret, summarise, or quote that information. We do not warrant that any AI assistant will cite your listing, describe your business correctly, or rank you in any particular way.
3.5 Service availability
We aim for high availability but the service is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated where reasonably possible.
3.6 Auto-created listings and data sources
GetFoundi may create draft listings for businesses and professionals using data collected from publicly available government registries and commercial directories. These draft listings are held in a pending-claim state and are not published until the listing owner claims and approves them (or, in limited cases described on our pricing page, publishes under the Free tier).
Sources include: Belgian KBO/BCE, UK Companies House, Dutch KVK, French SIRENE, Spanish DIRCE, German Offenes Handelsregister, EU VIES, Yelp, Gouden Gids, Yell, Checkatrade, and partner data feeds. A complete list of sources is maintained in our Privacy Policy, Section 3.3.
Accuracy: We make reasonable efforts to normalise and quality-check imported data, but data sourced from third parties may be incomplete, outdated, or inaccurate. If your auto-created listing contains incorrect information, you may claim the listing to correct it, or request removal at privacy@getfoundi.com.
Ownership of auto-created content: GetFoundi does not claim ownership of data sourced from public registries. We hold that data as a data processor (for the purpose of creating a discoverable listing) and as a data controller (for GDPR purposes). You retain all rights in information about your own business.
3.7 Professional listings and individual data subjects
In addition to business listings, GetFoundi lists individual professionals (freelancers, consultants, practitioners, and licensed professionals) where their professional details are publicly available.
If you are an individual professional listed on GetFoundi: You are a data subject under GDPR. You have the right to:
- Claim your listing to take control of it and manage what is published
- Request removal of your listing at any time — email privacy@getfoundi.com or click "Remove my listing" in any email from GetFoundi. We will remove your listing from the directory and all AI-readable endpoints within 24 hours.
- Exercise all other GDPR rights as described in our Privacy Policy, Section 14
We acknowledge that individual professionals, unlike incorporated businesses, are natural persons with full GDPR rights. Nothing in these Terms limits those rights.
Special categories: For professionals in regulated industries (healthcare, law, finance, etc.) where professional registration data may reveal sensitive attributes, we apply additional data minimisation. If you believe your listing engages special category data concerns, contact privacy@getfoundi.com.
3.8 Cold outreach and claim pipeline
If your business or professional listing was auto-created from a public source, you may receive email from GetFoundi even if you have not visited our website. This email serves two purposes: (1) it is our legal Art. 14 GDPR transparency notice, informing you that your data has been processed; and (2) it invites you to claim, review, or remove your listing.
Every outreach email includes:
- A description of your listing and what we have built
- A claim link (to take ownership of the listing)
- A removal link (to delete the listing without claiming)
- A one-click unsubscribe link (to opt out of all future emails from GetFoundi)
Opt-out: Clicking the unsubscribe link permanently removes you from all future GetFoundi outreach. Your opt-out is stored indefinitely to prevent accidental re-contact.
Maximum outreach sequence: Three emails — initial claim email, one reminder, one final notice — before the listing draft expires (14 days after final notice).
3.9 Intellectual property of ingested public data
GetFoundi only ingests data that is publicly available from government registries or commercial directories. We make no claim of ownership over third-party sourced listing content. Nothing in these Terms grants GetFoundi any intellectual property rights over your business name, registration data, or publicly listed contact details. Our licence to your content (Section 5.2) applies only to content you yourself submit; it does not apply to content we source from public registries on your behalf.
Your account
4.1 Account security
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately at legal@getfoundi.com if you suspect unauthorised access.
4.2 One account per business
Each registered business should have one active listing. Creating duplicate listings for the same business entity to circumvent plan limits or inflate visibility is prohibited.
4.3 Accurate information
You must provide and maintain accurate, current, and complete information in your listing. We may suspend or remove listings we determine in good faith to be materially inaccurate, misleading, or fraudulent.
Content and acceptable use
5.1 Your content
"Your Content" means all information, text, documents, images, and other materials you submit to GetFoundi, including your listing fields, uploaded documents, and approved Beacon drafts.
5.2 Licence you grant us
By submitting Your Content, you grant LSC a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to:
- Host, store, process, and display Your Content within the GetFoundi platform.
- Format, structure, and distribute Your Content in machine-readable form (structured fields, llms.txt, MCP endpoints) so that AI clients can read it.
- Use Your Content to generate and display your Visibility Score and related analytics.
- Retain backups for the periods set out in our Privacy Policy.
This licence does not allow us to sell Your Content to third parties or use it to train AI models beyond what is necessary to operate the GetFoundi service.
5.3 You retain ownership
You retain all intellectual property rights in Your Content. Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of Your Content to LSC.
5.4 Prohibited content
You must not upload or include in your listing any content that:
- Is factually false, misleading, or likely to deceive consumers or AI systems.
- Infringes the intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or other rights of a third party.
- Contains personal data of individuals without a lawful basis for doing so.
- Is unlawful, defamatory, abusive, obscene, or promotes illegal activities.
- Contains malware, harmful code, or is designed to interfere with our systems.
- Violates any applicable Belgian or EU law or regulation.
5.5 Prohibited conduct
You must not:
- Attempt to bypass, circumvent, or probe our security systems.
- Scrape or crawl the GetFoundi registry or MCP endpoints at a rate or in a manner that damages or disrupts normal service operation.
- Misuse MCP endpoints, including using them to extract data for a competing service.
- Use the service to publish content on behalf of a business you do not have authority to represent.
- Attempt to manipulate your Visibility Score or AI responses by providing misleading content.
5.6 Third-party data in documents
If you upload documents that contain personal data about third parties (staff names, customer details, etc.), you are acting as a controller of that personal data. You are responsible for ensuring you have a lawful basis under GDPR before uploading such documents, particularly before placing them in the public partition where they may be indexed and quoted by AI systems.
5.7 Takedown and erasure for auto-created listings
If your business or professional listing was auto-created from a public source and you wish to have it removed:
- By email: privacy@getfoundi.com — we will process removal within 24 hours.
- Via claim email: click "Remove my listing" in any GetFoundi email.
- Via the claim page: visit the link in your claim email and select "Remove listing" instead of claiming.
- Via account: if you have a GetFoundi account, you can delete your listing from Account → Data & privacy.
On removal: your listing is removed from the directory and all AI-readable endpoints within 24 hours; your email address is added to our suppression list so we do not re-import or re-contact you; and your structured listing data is deleted (we retain only the suppression record and anonymised removal timestamp for audit purposes).
Subscription plans and payment
6.1 Free plan
The Free plan has no time limit and no payment required. Free listings remain active indefinitely provided they comply with these Terms.
6.2 Enhanced plan
The Enhanced plan is a monthly paid subscription. Details of current pricing are set out on our pricing page. By subscribing you authorise us to charge the applicable fee on a recurring monthly basis until you cancel.
6.3 Billing and payment processing
All payments are processed by Stripe Inc. on our behalf. By subscribing you also agree to Stripe's terms of service. We do not store your full card number or CVV.
6.4 Free trial
Where we offer a free trial period, no charge is made until the trial ends. You may cancel during the trial period without charge.
6.5 Cancellation
You may cancel your Enhanced subscription at any time from Account → Billing. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. After cancellation, your listing reverts to the Free plan and Enhanced-only features (document knowledge, advanced analytics) are disabled. Your listing and core data are not deleted on downgrade.
6.6 Refunds
Subscription fees are non-refundable except:
- Where required by applicable Belgian consumer law (Loi du 6 avril 2010 relative aux pratiques du marché et à la protection du consommateur / Wet van 6 april 2010) or EU consumer protection law.
- Where we have materially failed to deliver the service as described.
To request a refund on a legal or service-failure basis, contact legal@getfoundi.com.
6.7 Price changes
We may change subscription pricing. We will give you at least 30 days' advance notice of any price change, and will seek your renewal consent before applying the new price to your subscription.
6.8 Taxes
Prices shown include Belgian VAT where applicable. If you are a VAT-registered business in the EU, you may provide your VAT number to have VAT reverse-charged. Customers outside Belgium are responsible for any applicable local taxes.
Intellectual property
7.1 Our intellectual property
All software, design, databases, trade marks, and other materials comprising the GetFoundi platform are owned by or licensed to LSC. Nothing in these Terms grants you any rights in our intellectual property except the limited right to use the service as described.
7.2 Your intellectual property
As stated in Section 5.3, you retain ownership of Your Content. The licence you grant us (Section 5.2) is limited to operating and improving the service. See Section 3.9 for the position on public-registry-sourced data.
7.3 Feedback
If you provide feedback, suggestions, or ideas about GetFoundi, you grant us the right to use that feedback without restriction and without obligation to compensate you.
Privacy and data protection
Our collection and use of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and the Privacy Policy regarding personal data, the Privacy Policy prevails.
By using GetFoundi, you acknowledge that LSC processes personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, in accordance with EU Regulation 2016/679 (GDPR) and the Belgian Act of 30 July 2018.
GDPR rights anchor: If your business or professional details appear in a GetFoundi listing — whether you created it, claimed it, or it was auto-created from a public source — you have full GDPR data subject rights. These are set out in full in our Privacy Policy, Section 14. They include the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, objection, and rights regarding automated decision-making. To exercise any right, contact privacy@getfoundi.com.
Third-party services and integrations
GetFoundi integrates with third-party services to provide the platform (see the subprocessors listed in our Privacy Policy). We are not responsible for the availability, content, or practices of third-party services. Links or references in our platform to third-party services do not constitute an endorsement.
Your listing data may be read by third-party AI clients and services connecting to the GetFoundi registry. This is the intended purpose of the service. We are not responsible for how those third parties process, interpret, or present your listing data.
The public registries and commercial directories listed in Section 3.6 are third-party sources operated by their respective owners. GetFoundi's use of their publicly available data is our responsibility; any disputes about the accuracy of source data at the registry level should be directed to the relevant registry authority.
Disclaimers and limitation of liability
10.1 "As is" provision
The GetFoundi service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including without limitation any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.
10.2 Exclusions of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Belgian law, LSC is not liable for:
- Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
- Loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunity.
- Damages arising from the way AI systems interpret, quote, or rank your listing, including misquotation, hallucination, or failure to retrieve your listing.
- Damages arising from third-party AI client behaviour outside our control.
- Loss or corruption of data caused by your own actions, third-party services, or events beyond our reasonable control.
- Inaccuracies in listing data sourced from public registries or commercial directories.
10.3 Cap on liability
Where liability cannot be excluded by law, LSC's total aggregate liability to you for all claims arising out of or relating to these Terms or the service shall not exceed the greater of: (a) the total fees paid by you to LSC in the 12 months preceding the claim; or (b) €100.
10.4 Consumer rights preserved
Nothing in this Section 10 limits or excludes any liability that cannot be limited or excluded under mandatory Belgian consumer law or EU consumer protection directives, including liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless LSC, its directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or relating to:
- Your use of the service in violation of these Terms.
- Your Content, including any claim by a third party that Your Content infringes their intellectual property rights or data protection rights.
- Your misrepresentation of your authority to represent a business.
Suspension and termination
12.1 Termination by you
You may remove your listing or delete your account at any time from Account → Data & privacy. On deletion, your personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy retention schedule. Your public listing is removed from the registry within 24 hours.
12.2 Suspension or termination by us
We may suspend or terminate your account or listing, with or without prior notice, if:
- You materially breach these Terms and, where the breach is capable of remedy, fail to remedy it within 14 days of notice.
- We are required to do so by law or a competent authority.
- We determine in good faith that your listing poses a risk to other users, third parties, or the integrity of the registry.
- Your account shows evidence of fraud or abusive behaviour.
12.3 Effect of termination
On termination by either party, your right to use the service ceases immediately. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including Sections 5.3, 7, 10, 11, 13, and 14) remain in force.
12.4 Refunds on termination by us
If we terminate your account without cause, we will refund any prepaid fees for the remaining unexpired portion of your current billing period.
Governing law and dispute resolution
13.1 Governing law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Belgium. Where you are a consumer, you also benefit from any mandatory consumer protection provisions of the law of your country of habitual residence within the EU.
13.2 Jurisdiction
The courts of Ghent (Belgium) have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, subject to the right of Belgian and EU consumers to bring proceedings before the courts of their place of domicile.
13.3 EU Online Dispute Resolution
If you are an EU consumer and you have a complaint about the service, you may submit it through the EU Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. Our contact address for ODR purposes is legal@getfoundi.com.
13.4 Amicable resolution
Before initiating formal proceedings, both parties agree to attempt in good faith to resolve any dispute by direct negotiation. Please contact us at legal@getfoundi.com in the first instance.
General provisions
14.1 Entire agreement
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and LSC regarding GetFoundi and supersede all prior agreements, understandings, and representations.
14.2 Severability
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision shall be limited to the minimum extent necessary and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force.
14.3 Waiver
Failure by LSC to enforce any provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of our right to enforce it in the future.
14.4 Assignment
You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent. LSC may assign these Terms in connection with a corporate restructuring, merger, or sale of all or substantially all of its assets, provided we give you reasonable notice.
14.5 Force majeure
LSC shall not be liable for delay or failure to perform its obligations under these Terms to the extent caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, war, civil unrest, government actions, or widespread internet outages.
14.6 Language
These Terms are provided in English. Where required by applicable law, we may provide a translation. In the event of any conflict, the English version prevails to the extent permitted by law.
