    Pricing and extra fields are optional. You can hold both a business listing and a professional profile on one account — they stay separate but share the same dashboard.

    Beacon publishes the formats every AI system expects.

    When you click Go Live, Beacon validates your listing, then publishes several layers at once: a plain-text summary for AI crawlers, structured data on your public profile page, and a live endpoint assistants can query.

    Businesses get a public page at getfoundi.com/biz/your-business. Professionals get getfoundi.com/pro/your-name. Each includes a machine-readable summary link. You do not need to change your website for this to work.

You do not need to log in every day. Beacon — our automated engine — keeps your business listing or professional profile accurate while you focus on your work.

Automatic refresh

Edit hours, add a service, update skills, or fix contact details once; Beacon detects the change, validates it, and republishes every layer. No manual “sync” button.

Visibility score

A single 0–100 score reflects profile completeness, listing freshness, endpoint health, and — on Enhanced — how well your documents cover likely questions.

Query monitoring

See how often AI looked up your business or profile and whether answers were confident. Gaps can become suggested replies for you to approve on Enhanced.

Safety before publish

Every update passes validation: no private document content in public answers, no contradictions between your form and your files, no publish until checks pass. Professional profiles include privacy controls for sensitive fields.

Enhanced: when findability is not enough

Free answers “where are you?” and “are you open?” — or “what is your specialty?” for professionals. Enhanced answers “what is in the platinum package?” and “what is your cancellation policy for Saturday?” — using knowledge from files you upload.

How Enhanced works under the hood

Technical

For owners working with developers or integrators — concepts only, no platform internals.

RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation)

Instead of guessing, an assistant retrieves short passages from your approved public documents, then composes an answer grounded in that text. Your uploads become the knowledge source; you control what is public.

Document corpus

Uploaded files are parsed, split into searchable segments, and stored in an isolated vector index per listing. Only Enhanced listings have a public corpus; private files never enter retrieval.

MCP (Model Context Protocol)

A standard way for external AI clients to read machine-readable listing data. Free tier exposes structured fields; Enhanced adds corpus-backed resources and grounded question tools.

When monitoring shows repeated low-confidence queries, Beacon may draft a Q&A from your existing material. You approve before it joins the same retrieval path as your uploads.
