Absher Construction, a Pacific Northwest general contractor with 85+ years of history, is seeking an experienced Superintendent to lead K-12 education construction projects in the Greater Wenatchee area. You'll manage all on-site operations, supervising field crews while coordinating with Project Managers, school district partners, and trade contractors to deliver safe, high-quality work on schedule. Day-to-day responsibilities include planning project sequences, preparing schedules, overseeing daily reports and inspections, tracking costs and labor, and ensuring compliance with safety standards and contractual requirements. The ideal candidate brings 5–10 years of construction experience with a demonstrated track record managing ground-up K-12 or higher education projects. You'll need strong field leadership skills, familiarity with union contracts, and knowledge of craft operations. Proficiency with Procore and Primavera P6 is preferred, along with OSHA 10 and First Aid/CPR certifications. A background in junior college or vocational training, combined with a proven commitment to safety, mentoring, and inclusion, will set you apart. The salary range is $120,000–$160,000, with offers typically made between entry and midpoint based on experience and qualifications. Salary offers are typically made between the entry and midpoint of the range and are based on factors such as experience, education, and internal equity.
