Airtable
Airtable is seeking a Senior Solutions Architect for their West Coast Professional Services team to lead enterprise transformation engagements. In this role, you'll partner with Fortune 500 organizations to redesign critical business processes on the Airtable platform, moving beyond traditional requirements-gathering to identify deeper organizational needs. You'll design end-to-end solutions that integrate human workflows with AI agents, make architectural recommendations early in engagements, and remain accountable through delivery as customer needs evolve. This is ideal for someone with 7+ years of client-facing consulting or enterprise transformation experience who has led complex deals with executive stakeholders. You should have a proven background in business process redesign (not just software implementation) and deep practical experience designing agentic workflows, including decisions around model selection, prompt engineering, and human-in-the-loop safeguards. You're someone who uses AI tools fluently in your own work and can quickly assess where AI-driven solutions create real value versus unmanaged risk for customers. The role demands strong cross-functional communication skills—you need to translate between C-suite priorities, technical teams, and business stakeholders while earning trust and bringing informed perspective rather than just options. Remote position based in the US, working with enterprises operating at scale with thousands of users, multi-unit complexity, and security/compliance requirements.
