Abnormal
Abnormal AI is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead a high-impact Cloud Email Security initiative that's central to the company's growth. You'll own a 9–12 month roadmap for a strategically important product area, working directly with Fortune 500 customers to understand their needs and translate those into clear product strategy. The role involves managing the full product lifecycle—from discovery and requirements through launch and iteration—while collaborating across Engineering, Design, Data, Sales, and Customer Success teams to deliver meaningful competitive advantages against sophisticated email threats. This position is ideal for someone with 6+ years of B2B SaaS product management experience who has successfully owned complex, technically demanding products end-to-end. You should be comfortable diving deep into technical architecture and infrastructure decisions with engineering teams, defining strategy through data-driven analysis, and excelling in high-stakes customer conversations. Strong cross-functional leadership, excellent communication, and operational discipline are essential, as is a growth mindset around adopting AI tools and modern workflows to accelerate your work. The role is based remotely across the USA with a competitive salary range of $164,500–$236,500 USD plus potential bonus, equity, and benefits. Background in cybersecurity, infrastructure products, or email security is a bonus. Prior experience as an engineer or hands-on work with distributed systems and AI products would be valuable but isn't required.
