Cat Daddy, 2K's Kirkland-based mobile gaming studio with over 25 years of industry history, is seeking an experienced Mobile Ad Monetization Manager. You'll oversee in-game advertising strategies across iOS and Android titles, collaborating with product teams and external ad partners to optimize revenue while maintaining positive player experiences. This role combines campaign management, data analytics, and vendor relations to drive monetization growth. Your responsibilities will span managing and optimizing video ad placements and offer wall campaigns, conducting A/B testing on pricing floors and ad frequencies, and analyzing key metrics like eCPM and ARPDAU to inform strategy. You'll also benchmark industry standards, propose product improvements, and coordinate with the user acquisition team to balance monetization with growth objectives. The ideal candidate brings proven experience managing video ads and offer walls in mobile gaming, strong analytical skills for interpreting complex performance data, and talent for building relationships with external partners. This full-time position in Washington offers a salary range of $85,700–$126,860 annually, plus bonus potential, equity awards, comprehensive health benefits, 14 paid holidays, 15–25 vacation days, and wellness programs.

We’re looking for an experienced Mobile Ad Monetization Manager to join our team. In this role you will plan and oversee in-game advertising for iOS and Android games. You will work within a multi-disciplinary team to steer our efforts in successfully building, operating, and managing Video Ads and Campaigns to better understand our players and enhance their experience with our mobile games.

The pay range for this position in Washington at the start of employment is expected to be between $85,700.00 and $126,860.00 per year . However, base pay offered is based on market location, and may vary further depending on individualized factors for job candidates, such as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and other objective business considerations.
Subject to those same considerations, the total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including a bonus and/or equity awards and eligibility to participate in our 401(K) plan and Employee Stock Purchase Program.
