You'll also mentor junior linguists and vendors while collaborating closely with developers, QA teams, marketing, and publishing stakeholders to align language decisions globally. This position suits experienced language professionals with deep expertise in Polish linguistics and cultural knowledge of Polish-speaking markets. You should be comfortable working independently on complex projects with minimal oversight while also demonstrating strong communication skills for cross-functional partnerships. Prior experience in game localization, voiceover direction, or content strategy is valuable, as is familiarity with glossary development, style guide creation, and quality assurance processes. The role is based in Madrid, Spain and represents an individual contributor position within 2K's Content Localization team. As part of 2K's broader Global Loc 2.0 initiative, this is a leadership-focused opportunity to shape how millions of players experience games in their native language while contributing to evolving company-wide localization standards.
