Accordion, a financial consulting firm serving private equity, is seeking a Junior Technology Project Manager to support its Global Technology organization across offices in New York, Boston, Charlotte, Chicago, and Dallas. You'll lead small-to-medium technology projects from start to finish—managing timelines, documentation, and team coordination—while assisting senior project managers on larger initiatives. The hybrid role offers flexibility to work remotely two days weekly and provides hands-on experience in technology project management within a fast-paced professional services environment. The ideal candidate holds a bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field with 1–3 years of project coordination or management experience in technology settings. You'll need strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools like ClickUp or Asana, familiarity with Agile/Waterfall methodologies, and experience with ticket systems such as Jira. Additional strengths include understanding of system integrations, QA/UAT testing, process mapping, and the ability to juggle multiple priorities while maintaining meticulous attention to detail. You're a collaborative, detail-oriented self-starter eager to learn PM best practices and grow within a high-performance team. Some knowledge of private equity dynamics is preferred, and PMP or CAPM certification—or progress toward it—is a plus. Note that this position does not offer immigration sponsorship.

The Junior Technology Project Manager (Analyst) will support the delivery of technology initiatives within Accordion’s Global Technology organization. This individual will operate under the guidance of the Senior Project Manager and will take ownership of small to medium-sized projects—ranging from internal process improvements to the deployment of small-scale enterprise applications. The role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to coordinate effectively across teams in a fast-paced, professional services environment.
This is an excellent opportunity for an emerging project management professional to gain hands-on experience leading technology initiatives and to build a career in technology project and program management.
This role will ideally be based in our NYC, Boston, Charlotte, Chicago, or Dallas offices and is a hybrid role with the flexibility to work remotely 2 days per week.

The annual salary for this role ranges from: $65,000 to $85,000 + benefits + bonus (overtime eligible). Actual compensation packages are determined by evaluating a wide array of factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to geographic location, skill set, years and depth of experience, education, certifications, cost of labor and internal equity.
