DataHub
You'll drive adoption and expansion across a portfolio of enterprise accounts at DataHub, an AI and data context platform trusted by major organizations like Apple, Netflix, and Visa. Your mission is helping customers move beyond initial implementation to deeply embed DataHub across their teams—whether that means guiding data practitioners through configuration, presenting adoption metrics to executives, or building scaled playbooks that help the CS team grow. You'll own the full customer lifecycle from onboarding through renewal, partnering closely with Product and Engineering to turn feedback into roadmap impact. This role is built for someone with 3+ years managing multiple enterprise accounts in a customer-facing capacity and a solid grounding in data tools and governance concepts (dbt, Airflow, Snowflake, or Databricks familiarity is expected). You need to be fluent translating between technical data teams and business stakeholders, with strong communication skills that drive decisions in meetings and clear writing that moves deals forward. Experience in data operations, analytics, or as an internal DataHub champion before this role would be a meaningful advantage. Fully remote, with Pacific Time Zone coverage required. DataHub offers competitive salaries with equity for all employees, comprehensive health coverage (99% for employees on medical, dental, and vision), coworking stipends for flexibility, and the standard remote-work perks you'd expect from a funded startup.

You'll join a small, high-impact Customer Success team responsible for driving adoption and long-term value across a portfolio of enterprise accounts. Your job is to make sure customers don't just get DataHub up and running — they actually use it, love it, and expand it across their organization.
You'll guide customers through onboarding, help them get unstuck, and build relationships that turn early deployments into lasting programs. You'll work with data teams on practical setup questions one day, and walk an executive through their adoption progress the next.
