You'll oversee complex, multi-faceted programs from conception through delivery, coordinating across Operations, Finance, Product, IT, HR, and senior leadership. Key responsibilities include developing program roadmaps and dashboards, analyzing operational data to uncover improvement opportunities, managing cross-functional teams to drive execution, overseeing change management and adoption efforts, and ensuring compliance and safety standards are met throughout the program lifecycle. This role suits someone with strong program and project management experience juggling multiple concurrent initiatives who can translate business requirements into concrete action plans. You'll need excellent analytical abilities to make data-driven decisions, stellar communication skills to present findings to executives, and proficiency with tools like Jira and Microsoft Project. Leadership and mentoring capabilities are important, particularly for senior-level candidates guiding the broader Business Operations team. A DoD Secret security clearance (Top Secret eligibility preferred) and U.S. citizenship are required. Knowledge of military and federal acquisition regulations is preferred. The Program Manager, Business Operations leads cross-functional initiatives that improve operational efficiency, enhance organizational performance, and support strategic business objectives.
