66degrees' Managed Cloud Optimization team is seeking a Site Reliability Engineer to support enterprise clients running large-scale cloud deployments. You'll combine Google Cloud Platform expertise with DevOps practices to maintain, optimize, and scale infrastructure across hybrid and on-premises environments. Daily responsibilities include responding to critical outages, designing new cloud workloads, building self-healing automation, and working with technologies like Google Kubernetes Engine, Anthos, BigQuery, Prometheus, and Datadog alongside Python and Terraform scripting.

The ideal candidate brings 3+ years of cloud and infrastructure experience with demonstrated proficiency in Linux, Windows, Kubernetes, databases, and networking. You'll need strong on-premises datacenter knowledge including server lifecycle management, networking, firewalls, load balancers, and storage systems, plus hands-on experience integrating on-premises environments with Google Cloud Platform. Additional qualifications include CVE management understanding, security hardening knowledge across Linux, Windows, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms, and proficiency in Python for infrastructure automation.
