10x Genomics is seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager to drive their AI and data platform transformation from Pleasanton, California. You'll own end-to-end program delivery across AI/Data Platform initiatives and finance integrations, reporting directly to leadership in a flat organizational structure. You'll influence across engineering, product, finance, and operations without relying on hierarchy, identifying cross-program risks early and escalating with solutions, not just problems.

This is a fit for someone with five-plus years of TPM experience, meaningful mid-stage startup exposure (Series A–D), and hands-on background in data infrastructure delivery. You need fluency in modern integration patterns, data pipelines, and warehousing—able to discuss event-driven architecture and middleware with engineers substantively. Preferred: AI/ML program experience, familiarity with Snowflake/Airflow/Kafka/dbt/AWS stacks, or background in life sciences and regulated data environments. This is a full-time, on-site role in California.
