2K's Senior Site Reliability Engineer owns the infrastructure powering millions of concurrent players across all 2K game services globally. You'll design and operate multi-cloud infrastructure spanning AWS, GCP, and on-premises data centers, managing Kubernetes platforms, CI/CD pipelines, and developer tooling that handles simultaneous global game launches and live-service events. This hands-on technical leadership role involves infrastructure-as-code (Terraform, Pulumi), progressive deployment strategies, and building the complete observability stack with Prometheus, Grafana, and Datadog.

The ideal candidate combines deep cloud architecture experience with hands-on platform engineering and a reliability mindset. You'll define SLI/SLO frameworks, lead chaos engineering initiatives, drive incident response focused on systemic improvement rather than blame, and partner closely with network engineers, systems architects, and game development studios.
