Strong cross-functional leadership, excellent communication, and operational discipline are essential, as is a growth mindset around adopting AI tools and modern workflows to accelerate your work.

The role is based remotely across the USA with a competitive salary range of $164,500–$236,500 USD plus potential bonus, equity, and benefits. Background in cybersecurity, infrastructure products, or email security is a bonus.
