# Senior AI Engineer at Accordion

Accordion, a financial consulting firm backed by top PE investors, is seeking a Senior AI Engineer to join its Intelligence Lab and work within specialized AI-augmented delivery pods. You'll design and build production-grade AI systems—including multi-agent architectures, RAG pipelines, and evaluation frameworks—that automate financial workflows for private equity-backed portfolio companies. This is hands-on, sprint-paced work where you'll own projects end-to-end, from scoping through deployment, while partnering directly with clients and cross-functional teammates to solve complex finance and operations challenges.

The ideal candidate brings 3–8+ years of software engineering experience with substantial work in AI/ML systems, LLM applications, or agent development. You should be proficient in Python and have concrete experience with tools like LangChain, LangGraph, AutoGen, or similar frameworks. Beyond technical chops, you'll demonstrate that AI tools meaningfully accelerate your own workflow and delivery speed. You'll excel at translating ambiguous client problems into engineering requirements, presenting architectural decisions to both technical and non-technical audiences, and shipping fast without sacrificing quality.

This hybrid role is available across eight U.S. locations—Atlanta, Boston, Charlotte, Chicago, Dallas, Los Angeles, New York, and San Francisco—with flexibility to work remotely two days weekly.
