2K Sports Lab, a newly established studio founded in 2023, is building an ambitious sports franchise at their Vancouver, BC headquarters. As a Producer, you'll support senior producers while maintaining high standards for quality, efficiency, and team satisfaction. This role sits at the intersection of creative vision and operational excellence—you'll need strong technical knowledge combined with sharp organizational and communication abilities to keep projects on track and aligned with business objectives.

Your day-to-day involves overseeing timely delivery of game areas by working closely with designers and engineers to define and prioritize goals. You'll manage project workflows using tools like Jira and Flow, break down long-term efforts into manageable milestones, remove blockers, and keep stakeholders aligned on roadmaps and risks. Beyond the spreadsheets, you'll play the game regularly to evaluate quality against targets and foster a healthy team culture while coordinating across multiple disciplines—designers, artists, engineers, and external partners.

The ideal candidate brings 2-4 years of game production experience including at least one complete development cycle from pre-production through launch. You're organized with excellent communication skills, naturally collaborative and curious, and genuinely passionate about enabling teams to do their best work. This is a full-time position in Burnaby (Vancouver area), British Columbia.
