66degrees seeks a Forward Deployed Engineer to act as the technical connective tissue between its sales, engineering, and delivery teams. In this role, you'll lead the end-to-end implementation of advanced AI and frontier model deployments for enterprise clients, from initial discovery and system design through production rollout. Your success will be measured by whether customers actually adopt and benefit from these solutions, and by the insights you gather from the field that inform product and model improvements across the organization.

You'll own the full technical delivery lifecycle for multiple concurrent projects, architecting agentic solutions and sophisticated workflows tailored to each client's unique environment. This includes scoping work, managing tradeoffs between speed and quality, writing production-grade code, and building reusable playbooks and tools that elevate the entire team's capabilities. You'll work cross-functionally with research, product, security, and go-to-market teams while maintaining close partnerships with customers to drive adoption and long-term success.

You'll need at least five years of engineering experience with substantial customer-facing delivery work, plus three years working specifically with GCP, Azure, or AWS (GCP preferred). Strong Python or JavaScript development skills are essential, along with hands-on experience deploying large language models and generative systems. You should excel at translating complex requirements into clean solutions under pressure and communicating clearly across technical and business stakeholders. The role is based in Bengaluru or Pune, and you'll need to obtain GCP Professional-level certification within your first 90 days.
