Accordion, a financial consulting firm serving private equity, seeks a Director of Supply Chain Transformation to lead strategic initiatives for PE-backed portfolio companies across multiple U.S. offices. This role partners with CFOs and finance teams to drive supply chain optimization, helping clients achieve profitability improvements, process efficiency, and digital transformation. You'll develop tailored supply chain strategies, oversee end-to-end consulting engagements, and work with internal teams of consultants and analysts to deliver results on time and within budget.

The position blends strategic planning with hands-on problem-solving. You'll design supply chain models that balance cost, efficiency, and service levels; build forecasting capabilities using analytics and machine learning; optimize inventory across locations; and implement enterprise systems like ERP and warehouse management software.
