The ideal candidate brings advanced experience with major relational databases (especially SQL Server), Azure data services, and HA/DR technologies like Always On Availability Groups and replication. You should be comfortable with OS clustering concepts, database security implementation, infrastructure-as-code tools like Bicep or Terraform, and performance tuning across development through production environments. A bachelor's degree in computer science or engineering (or equivalent experience) is required, along with proven capability handling multiple concurrent projects with meticulous attention to detail.
