3Cloud's Managed Services team is seeking a Data Architect to oversee Azure data platform operations for clients, handling everything from day-to-day support and incident resolution to strategic architecture and optimization. You'll lead technical consultations on Microsoft data tools including Synapse, Data Factory, Databricks, Azure ML, and Power BI, while designing and deploying data pipelines and AI solutions across various industries. Mentoring junior engineers, maintaining client documentation, and promoting best practices are core parts of the role.

This position is ideal for someone with deep expertise in Databricks Lakehouse architectures, particularly for healthcare environments, combined with strong technical leadership skills. You should be proficient in SQL and Spark SQL performance tuning, experienced managing large-scale codebases and high-volume ingestion workloads, and knowledgeable about orchestration tools like Azure Data Factory. Healthcare data experience is valued, along with understanding of Delta Lake patterns, medallion architecture, and semantic layer design.
