This position suits candidates with 1-2 years of Azure and cloud infrastructure experience, ideally from managed services or NOC environments. You should be comfortable with Windows and Linux administration, understand ITIL processes, and have hands-on knowledge of Azure services like Policy, Monitor, and Defender. PowerShell and KQL scripting experience is valuable, as are Microsoft certifications like AZ-104 or ITIL Foundation.
