# AI Product Manager at Accordion

Accordion, a financial consulting firm serving private equity sponsors and CFOs, is seeking an AI Product Manager to join their Intelligence Lab within a newly formed AI-augmented delivery pod. You'll serve as the critical bridge between PE clients' complex finance and operations challenges and the AI engineering teams building solutions, translating ambiguous problems into crisp technical requirements and owning delivery from discovery through production. This is fast-paced work where you'll run client discovery sessions with C-suite executives, define success metrics before systems are built, and coordinate sprints across AI engineers and data scientists—operating at sprint velocity rather than quarterly timelines.

The ideal candidate brings 3–6+ years of product or delivery management experience in technical or AI contexts, with proven expertise using AI tools as core productivity multipliers rather than nice-to-haves. You'll need PE or finance domain knowledge (FP&A, financial close, ERP systems, transformation programs) and consulting or professional services delivery background. You should be comfortable with client-facing leadership, able to write tight requirements quickly, and sophisticated enough about LLM capabilities to avoid naive AI assumptions when scoping work.

The role is hybrid with flexibility to work remotely two days weekly, available across eight US office locations (Atlanta, Boston, Charlotte, Chicago, Dallas, Los Angeles, New York, San Francisco).
